“MICRODOSE”, Microdose Wonderland Inc., is proud to produce WONDERLAND (“Physical Events”) and/or in online formats, (“Online Event(s)”) (the Physical Events and Online Events are collectively referred to herein as the “Event(s)”).
This MICRODOSE Participation and Credentials Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to (i) you and any individual or entity you are making a purchase on behalf of to participate in any MICRODOSE Event (“you,” “your,” or “Participant”), (ii) such Participant’s application for involvement in the Events (“Application(s)”), and (iii) Participant’s registration, attendance, participation, and/or enrollment, including, without limitation, purchase and/or possession of any MICRODOSE Event entry credentials whether physical or digital, such as wristbands for the Event (collectively referred to as “Wristbands”), badges, tickets, passes, and giveaways (Wristbands, tickets, passes and badges are collectively referred to herein as “Credentials”). By obtaining Credentials you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms.
Official MICRODOSE Credentials and Applications.
Credentials. MICRODOSE, its agents and representatives are the sole creators, sellers and distributors of MICRODOSE Credentials. Any Credentials not created by and legally acquired from MICRODOSE or its authorized agents or representatives will be considered fraudulent and invalid, and subject to revocation. MICRODOSE reserves the right to pursue any and all legal action available against any person or entity involved in the actual or attempted creation, dissemination or use of an unauthorized Credentials.
Applications. Any Application to participate in the Events must be submitted through http://wonderlandconference.microdose.buzz. Any application forms, submission requests, proposals or other offers not located on http://wonderlandconference.microdose.buzz are not official Applications and will not be considered.
Refund & Revocation Policy.
All Credentials are the sole property of MICRODOSE. If Participant violates these Terms, MICRODOSE has the right, in its sole discretion and at any time determined by MICRODOSE, to cancel, revoke, or refuse all transactions with any individual or entity. This includes Credentials, purchases, and/or hotel reservations made through MICRODOSE. Use of Credentials by anyone other than the authorized individual will result in revocation of the Credentials without a refund. MICRODOSE shall not be responsible for any penalty, fee, loss, or expense incurred by Participant that might result from such action, regardless of whether such penalty, fee, loss or expense was foreseeable or MICRODOSE was advised of the same.
MICRODOSE does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including, without limitation, for Application fees or Credentials purchases. Any and all payments made to MICRODOSE are not refundable for any reason, including, without limitation, failure or inability to use Credentials due to illness, acts of God, public health crisis, government restrictions, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases. MICRODOSE will not issue refunds, deferrals or credits for Credentials that have been revoked or unused.
If an Event is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, you may defer your Credentials to the next MICRODOSE Event of the same type for which your Credentials were purchased. If an Event is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, you agree that aside from obtaining a deferral credit for your Credentials, you will have no remedy against MICRODOSE, at law, in equity or otherwise, including, without limitation, for a refund of payments made, expenses incurred, or any actual, consequential, or punitive loss or damages of any kind, regardless of whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or MICRODOSE was advised of the same.
If an Event is postponed for any reason, your Credentials will be valid for the rescheduled dates in the same or following calendar year for such Event. If an Event is postponed for any reason, you agree that aside from your Credentials being valid for the rescheduled dates, you will have no remedy against MICRODOSE, at law, in equity or otherwise, including, without limitation, for a refund of payments made, expenses incurred, or any actual, consequential, or punitive loss or damages of any kind, regardless of whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or MICRODOSE was advised of the same.
Unused Credentials have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events unless the Event is cancelled in its entirety and you defer your Credentials to the next Event.
MICRODOSE will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount coupon during the registration process. Discounted Credentials prices are based on the date payment is received by MICRODOSE.
Lost or stolen Credentials will not be replaced. If Credentials are lost or stolen, new Credentials will need to be purchased at the full price in effect at that time for a Participant’s continued access to the Events, including, without limitation, showcases, parties, and conference content.
Credentials Transfer Policy.
MICRODOSE Credentials are issued to, can be picked up by, and used only by the Participant named in the registration.
Up to twenty-eight (28) days prior to the start date of a Physical Event, MICRODOSE will accept a request to transfer Credentials by changing the Participant name on VIP Credentials for a processing fee of $125 per Credentials transferred. Within twenty-eight (28) days of the start date of a Physical Event, the Participant name change processing fee will be $175 per Credentials transferred.
Credentials may not be transferred and name changes will not be made after Credentials have been issued. Physical Event Credentials are non-transferable after they have been picked up.
Notwithstanding the provisions above, Lanyards and Online Event Credentials are non-transferrable.
Credentials Required for Entry and Restrictions.
Physical Events. For security reasons, and to allow entry into MICRODOSE Physical Event(s), Participant must wear, possess and present their Credentials at Physical Events as follows: (i) badges must be on the MICRODOSE-issued lanyard around Participant’s neck while participating in Physical Events, and (ii) digital Credentials for the Physical Events must be presented by the Participant on a digital device in their possession. No other laminates may be worn on the MICRODOSE lanyard for the badge to be valid. If Credentials are not worn or presented correctly by a Participant, MICRODOSE reserves the right to deny that Participant’s entry into MICRODOSE Physical Events.
Restrictions of Entry. MICRODOSE Credentials allow the Participant entry to specific defined Events, but do not guarantee admission to all elements of an Event, such as but not limited to awards events or after parties hosted by MICRODOSE or other third parties, including the venue or any lounges. Event admission is subject to certain limitations, including, without limitation, venue capacity, geoblocking, and age restrictions in compliance with state and local laws. Age restrictions and capacity are specific to each venue and are set by relevant local, state and federal authorities. Venues may each have their own restrictions limiting entry with certain foods, beverages, or other items such as chairs or bags that are non-transparent or do not fit specified dimensions. Lanyards are valid Credentials for specific Physical Events applicable to the Lanyard type, but will not afford the Participant access to the MICRODOSE Trade Show, conference and keynote sessions, or other MICRODOSE conference activities, unless MICRODOSE specifies otherwise.
Online Events. Sharing Credentials for Online Events is strictly prohibited.
Credentials Cannot be Prizes.
MICRODOSE Credentials may not be used as a prize or incentive in any form of promotion, contest, game, or sweepstakes without advance written approval from MICRODOSE.
No Tampering with Credentials.
Tampering with any Credentials, including, without limitation, Lanyards (e.g., stretching, tearing, cutting, taping, etc.) is not permitted. If tampering is evident, the applicable Credentials will be invalidated and confiscated, and Participant will not be allowed entry to any/all MICRODOSE venues and/or Events where the Credentials are required.
Modification of Events.
Participant acknowledges and understands that the specific programming offered or Event speakers may change at any time without notice to Participant, which programming shall be in MICRODOSE’s sole discretion. If such changes occur, Participant does not have any right to refund or reimbursement for the expenses incurred by Participant.
If MICRODOSE deems necessary for any reason, which determination shall be in MICRODOSE’s sole discretion, MICRODOSE may cancel or convert any Physical Event to an Online Event. If such conversion occurs, any tickets purchased for such Physical Event shall convert to ticket for the Online Event. In light of COVID-19 and the increased spread of its variants, Participant understands that cancellation or conversion of Physical Events may be necessary and agrees that it shall not be entitled to a refund or reimbursement for the expenses incurred by Participant related to the Physical Events.
Online Event’s System Requirements.
Participant understands and agrees that access to the Online Event and use of any related services provided by MICRODOSE or its vendors is dependent on Participant’s internet connection, hardware and certain software (including third party software) that may be required or may need updating. MICRODOSE is not responsible for any streaming lags, audio issues, interruptions, outages, or Participant’s inability to access the Online Event content as a result of Participant’s internet connection or any other technical, hardware, equipment, system, server or technology-related issues. Participant is responsible for their own data security while accessing the Online Event. Participant acknowledges that a high-speed internet connection is necessary in order to access the Online Event through a mobile network and that Participant’s network or roaming network may apply fees for data usage. You acknowledge and agree that the system requirements set forth in this section are your sole responsibility.
Participant’s ability to view Online Event content may vary based on the rights related to such content, the Credentials purchased, and/or Participant’s geographic location.
Content Use; Anti-Piracy.
Participant is strictly prohibited from recording, copying, republishing, downloading, transmitting, modifying, renting, leasing, loaning, selling, assigning, distributing, licensing, sublicensing, reverse engineering, or creating any derivative works based on any content delivered by MICRODOSE as part of the Events, or otherwise using any Event content in a manner that does not comply with these Terms, the MICRODOSE Terms of Use, or other content usage guidelines provided by MICRODOSE in writing, unless Participant has obtained express permission from MICRODOSE and the applicable rightsholder(s). Any Participant found in violation of this or any other provision of the MICRODOSE Terms of Use will be subject to any and all legal remedies available to MICRODOSE and/or the applicable rightsholder(s) of the content at issue.
Participant agrees to not use any device, software, internet site, web-based service, or other means to remove, alter, bypass, avoid, interfere with, or circumvent any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices marked on the Event content or any digital rights management mechanism, device, or other content protection or access control measure associated with the Event content, including, without limitation, any applicable geo-filtering mechanisms. For clarity, Participant may not use any technology or technique that obscures or disguises Participant’s location when accessing the Online Events or related services.
Photo & Video Policy.
We are excited for you to share your MICRODOSE Events experiences in your news coverage, but it’s imperative that all accredited media also respect the rights of the creators that participate in Wonderland. When we refer to “content” that includes, without limitation, videos, clips, photographs, audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software made available to the attendee during the Events. For any questions about this policy, please contact press@microdose.buzz.
In order to protect MICRODOSE and the rights of artists and speakers, including but not limited to copyrights and rights of publicity, clips from selected Keynotes, Featured Speakers, music performances, and interviews will be available via a press room.
Permitted Photo and Video Activities:
Screenshots of Event content, excluding film screenings, is permissible as long as the screenshots are used for personal, non-commercial (non-sponsored and non-monetized) purposes
Prohibited Photo and Video Activities:
Video and/or audio recording any event content is prohibited;
Livestreaming event content is prohibited;
Displaying Event content in group settings (i.e., with multiple viewers of the public who are not also passholders) without MICRODOSE’s advanced approval, which may require an additional license;
Copying, republishing, downloading, transmitting, modifying, renting, leasing, loaning, selling, assigning, distributing, recording, licensing, sublicensing, reverse engineering, or creating any derivative works based on any Event content.
Participant’s Image Release.
Photographs and/or audio/video recordings taken at the Events by MICRODOSE, or others on behalf of MICRODOSE, may include Participant’s image, name, voice and/or likeness. By attending and/or participating in the Events, Participant hereby grants MICRODOSE permission to use, and to sublicense to third-parties, Participant’s photograph, image, likeness, voice and statements (whether in print, video, or audio recordings) for any purpose, including, without limitation, commercial purposes, without compensation or credit to the Participant, in any and all media, worldwide, now known or hereafter devised.
Lost and Found.
MICRODOSE is not responsible for lost or damaged items. As a courtesy only, and without assuming any legal duty or liability, a Lost and Found will be located at the Information Desk during the Physical Events, which is where Participants may drop off found items. Participants can also email a description of the item and the location it was lost/found to support@wonderlandconference.microdose.buzz. One (1) day following the Event, unclaimed lost and found items may be disposed of at MICRODOSE’s discretion.
Code of Conduct.
Wonderland aims to foster creativity and exploration while serving as a platform to stimulate inspiring discourse among the community and upholding a high standard of respect and consideration for all.
That being said, Wonderland does not condone behavior that is offensive, errant, disrespectful, or illegal.
Conduct that is unwarranted and is reasonably interpreted to be demeaning or offensive, whether that behavior is physical, written, or verbal, will not be condoned at Wonderland. There will be zero tolerance for, including but not limited to, discrimination, sexism, racism, abuse, harassment, targeted attacks on participants, and threats of any kind, whether that behavior is in person, online, or through the mobile app.
Wonderland reserves the right to address any individual(s) or group(s) who fail to adhere to the standards outlined in this Code of Conduct, which may include revoking the violating parties’ credentials without refund.
If you witness or experience any violation of this Code of Conduct, please contact conduct@wonderlandconference.microdose.buzz. Organizers will assess the situation and respond as soon as possible. Note that notifying Wonderland does not replace reporting the incident to local law enforcement.
Report any suspected violations of the law to local law enforcement. In emergencies, dial 9-1-1 immediately. For non-emergencies, contact the Miami Police Department at 1-305-4-POLICE (305-476-5423).
Weapons-Free Policy.
Wonderland is a private event and maintains a Weapons-Free Policy for all Events. Participant is prohibited from carrying weapons of any kind, including, without limitation, concealed or displayed firearms, and are not permitted to bring weapons onto the premises of any Event. Participant’s bags may be checked prior to entering a physical, in-person venue (whether part of the Physical Events or production for the Online Events) by employees, contractors and/or representatives of MICRODOSE or the venue for the Events. MICRODOSE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without refund, deferral or credit to Participant, to deactivate and/or revoke the Credentials of a Participant, if such Participant violates this Weapons-Free Policy. Participant agrees to comply with this policy, regardless of the policy of the venue of any Event.
Safety.
Participant agrees to comply with the safety and hygiene guidelines established by relevant health authorities, including, without limitation, the Centers for Disease Control.
If MICRODOSE or the local authorities deem necessary, before attendance at any Physical Event, Participant may be required to purchase a COVID-19 test kit and take such test to ensure that Participant does not currently have COVID-19 or any of its variants, which would pose a safety and health risk to other participants at the Physical Event.
MICRODOSE Terms of Use and Privacy Policies.
Participant has read, understands, and agrees to comply with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy applicable to the Event in which Participant is participating or for which Participant is purchasing Credentials to attend, which policies are incorporated herein by this reference.

Participant’s Personal Information.
The Wonderland website uses cookies as a collection tool along with personal data that you share with MICRODOSE to tailor marketing to your interests, deliver the goods/services you purchase from MICRODOSE, and to enhance and customize your experience on the MICRODOSE websites and at the Events. For more information, please reference the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy discussed above.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK.
In consideration of the intangible value that you will gain by attending and participating in the Event and in recognition of MICRODOSE’s reliance hereon, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (this “Release”).
You are aware and understand that the Event is a potentially dangerous Event and involves the risk of serious injury, disability, death, and/or property damage. You are also aware of the highly contagious nature of bacterial and viral diseases, including the 2019 novel coronavirus disease and its variants (“COVID-19”)(collectively, the “Disease”) and the risk that you may be exposed to or contract the Disease by engaging in the Event, which may result in serious illness, personal injury, disability, death, and/or property damage. You acknowledge that these risks may result from or be compounded by the actions, omissions, or negligence of MICRODOSE employees or others, including negligent emergency response or rescue operations of MICRODOSE. You understand that while MICRODOSE has implemented measures to reduce the risk of injury from the Event and the spread of the Disease, MICRODOSE cannot guarantee that you will not be injured or become infected with the Disease or other infectious diseases due to your participation in the Event and that engaging in the Event may increase your risk of contracting the Disease. NOTWITHSTANDING THESE RISKS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS OF INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR ATTENDANCE AT OR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF MICRODOSE OR OTHERWISE.
You hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against MICRODOSE, and its officers, directors, manager(s), employees, agents, affiliates, members, venues, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”), on account of injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or attributable to the Event, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of MICRODOSE or any Releasees or otherwise. You covenant not to make or bring any such claim against MICRODOSE or any other Releasee, and forever release and discharge MICRODOSE and all other Releasees from liability under such claims.
You hereby confirm that you are: (a) in good health, in proper physical condition, and do not have any medical or other conditions that would impair my ability to participate in the Event; and (b) not experiencing symptoms of the Disease (such as cough, shortness of breath, or fever), do not have a confirmed or suspected case of the Disease, and have not come in contact in the last fourteen (14) days with a person who has been confirmed to have or suspected of having the Disease. You will comply with all federal, state, and local laws, orders, directives, and guidelines related to the Event and the Disease while participating in the Event, including, without limitation, requirements related to hand sanitation, social distancing, and use of face coverings and safety equipment. You will also follow all instructions, recommendations, and cautions of MICRODOSE at all times during the Event. If at any time you believe conditions to be unsafe, that you are no longer in proper physical condition to participate in the Event, or you begin experiencing symptoms of the Disease, you will immediately discontinue further participation in the Event.
You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MICRODOSE and all other Releasees against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable attorney fees, fees, the costs of enforcing any right to indemnification under this Release, and the cost of pursuing any insurance providers, awarded against MICRODOSE or any other Releasees, arising out or resulting from any claim of a third party related to your participation in the Event, including any claim related to your own negligence or the ordinary negligence of MICRODOSE.
You hereby consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if you are injured or require medical attention during your participation in the Event. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment and any related medical transportation and/or evacuation. You hereby release, forever discharge, and hold harmless MICRODOSE from any claim based on such treatment or other medical services.
If any term or provision of this Release is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Release or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. This Release is binding on and shall inure to the benefit of MICRODOSE and you and our respective successors and assigns.
BY CLICKING THE BUTTON “I AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS” BELOW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE AND THAT YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE MICRODOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MICRODOSE BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, DATA LOSS, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPANT’S USE OF THE CREDENTIALS AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENTS, EVEN IF MICRODOSE OR PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
NO WARRANTIES.
EXCEPT AS MAY BE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS, PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENTS, AND ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENTS, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MICRODOSE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR CONDITIONS, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, INTEGRATION, SAFETY, OR ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING. MICRODOSE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN AND HAS MADE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES TO PARTICIPANT ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, CONDITION OR SAFETY OF THE MICRODOSE EVENTS, MICRODOSE PLATFORM OR DIGITAL TRANSMISSION OF THE EVENTS, YOUR ABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE MICRODOSE CONTENT OR SERVICES, ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY MICRODOSE OR ITS VENDORS, MICRODOSE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS SUPPLIED AS PART OF THE EVENTS OR THAT THE EVENTS, INCLUDING ANY STREAMING, WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR BE ERROR FREE.
Indemnification.
Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold MICRODOSE and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, managers, members, employees, volunteers, contractors, suppliers, and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, demands and all other liabilities, including, without limitation, costs and attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising out of or in connection with Participant’s participation in the Events, use of the Credentials, or any violation of the Terms by Participant.
Choice of Law; Exclusive Venue and Jurisdiction.
These Terms, for all purposes, shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. Any action or proceeding by either party to enforce these Terms shall be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Participant and MICRODOSE hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive the defense of inconvenient forum or any objection to personal jurisdiction, and agree that any such courts will be the proper forum for the determination of any dispute arising hereunder.
Updates to Terms.
MICRODOSE reserves the right to make changes to the Terms as posted, so be sure to check back and review the Terms from time to time prior to the date of the Events.
General Provisions.
Nothing in these Terms establishes an agency, partnership or joint venture between the parties, or relationship of employer or employee, between the parties (or between either party and the other party’s personnel). Headings are included for convenience only and will not be used to construe these Terms. In the event that any term or provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability will not affect any other term or provision hereof (which will remain in effect), and the parties agree thereafter to use their best efforts to substitute a provision of similar economic intent and effect. MICRODOSE may assign this agreement to a third-party at its discretion.
Liability Waiver and Release of Claims
COVID-19 Safety Information
While participating in events held by the MICRODOSE or its subsidiaries, “social distancing” may be practised and face coverings may be required to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious, MICRODOSE has instituted preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, MICRODOSE cannot guarantee that the participants in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. MICRODOSE may institute procedures for COVID-19 on-site testing and/or vaccination confirmation. More details will be released prior to the event.
In light of the ongoing spread of COVID-19, individuals who fall within any of the categories below should not engage in WONDERLAND event. By attending a WONDERLAND event, I certify that I do not fall into any of the following categories:
Individuals who currently or within the past fourteen (14) days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath among others;
Individuals who have travelled at any point in the past fourteen (14) days either internationally or to a community in the EU that has experienced or is experiencing sustained community spread of COVID-19; or
Individuals who believe that they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for their treatment.
Duty to Self-Monitor
Participants and volunteers agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and, contact MICRODOSE at info@microdose.buzz if he/she experiences symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days after participating in a WONDERLAND in-person event.
Liability Waiver and Release of Claims
I acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my participation in a WONDERLAND event, and I willingly engage in WONDERLAND events (the “Activity”).
Release and Waiver
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST MICRODOSE AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTNERS AND SPONSORS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY PARTICIPATION WITH THE ACTIVITY.
Assumption of the Risk
I acknowledge and understand the following:
Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist;
I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties; and
I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties.
Medical Acknowledgment and Release
I acknowledge the health risks associated with the Activity, including but not limited to transient dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, nausea, muscle cramping, musculoskeletal injury, joint pains, sprains and strains, heart attack, stroke, or death. I agree that if I experience any of these or any other symptoms during the Activity, I will discontinue my participation immediately and seek appropriate medical attention.
I DO HEREBY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER WHICH ARISES OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE ON ACCOUNT OF ANY FIRST AID, TREATMENT, OR SERVICE RENDERED IN CONNECTION WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY.
As a participant or attendee, I recognize that my participation, involvement and/or attendance at any WONDERLAND event. Activity is voluntary and may result in personal injury (including death) and/or property damage.
By attending, observing or participating in the Activity, I acknowledge and assume all risks and dangers associated with my participation and/or attendance at the Activity, and I agree that:
(a) MICRODOSE,
(b) the property or site owner of the Activity, and
(c) all past, present and future affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, vendors, partners, directors, and officers, of such entities (subsections (a) through (c), collectively, the “Released Parties”), will not be responsible for any personal injury (including death), property damage, or other loss suffered as a result of my participation in, attendance at, and/or observation of the Activity, regardless if any such injuries or losses are caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties (collectively, the “Released Claims”).
BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY, I AM GIVING A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
